Volunteer Seva Opportunities with CDM - ISKCON Congregational Development Ministry

🌍 Volunteer Seva Opportunities with CDM

By offering your time and skills in any of the areas below, you’ll be helping to fulfill Srila Prabhupada’s vision of a strong, vibrant, and spiritually connected global congregation.

🌱 CDM Ambassadors

Be a bridge between your local temple or center and CDM. Share CDM’s offerings—Bhakti-vriksha, Bhakti Kids, Bhakti Steps, Bhakti Homes, and Damodara Month—with your region, while also learning about local programs and helping bring inspiring practices to the global stage.

Ideal for: Those who enjoy connecting with temples and serving as a messenger and listener.

As a CDM Ambassador, you’ll lovingly help build bridges between your local temple or center and the Congregational Development Ministry (CDM). Your service is to share the gifts of CDM—like Bhakti-vriksha, Bhakti Homes, Damodara Month, and other tools for congregational growth—with the devotees and leaders in your area.
At the same time, you’ll also listen and learn from your local community—how devotees are preaching, what programs are working well—and help bring these treasures back to CDM so they can be shared to inspire others around the world.
Ways you can serve:

  • Introduce CDM’s programs and offerings to your local temple, center, or satsang group
  • Observe and note the preaching efforts and congregation-building methods already in use
  • Support the creation of simple case studies or reports when you find something special or effective
  • Stay in touch with the CDM team and serve as a local point of contact
  • As your engagement grows, you can also help coordinate CDM’s online or in-person gatherings in your region, bringing together temple leaders and congregational servants

This seva is perfect if you enjoy connecting with devotees, serving behind the scenes, and helping spread Srila Prabhupada’s mission in a practical and heartfelt way.
