ISKCON Congregational Development Coach, Nityanand Ashraya Prabhu, delivered a 2-day workshop on the 20th-21st of July 2019. Around 30 devotees ranging from congregational preachers, the Youth Forum program, and Brahmacaris from the Vapi, Daman and Silvassa areas, participated in this event.
The interactive training included -among others- the presentation of different preaching techniques used in Bhakti Vriksha, systematic training and education of new members, challenges in running the programs and their solutions.
Nityananda Ashraya Prabhu, Temple President from ISKCON Bahadurgarh, Harayana is actively training temples devotees and preachers who would like to strengthen their congregations.
