The Congregational Development Ministry has developed a course for supporting the welfare of ISKCON. This counseling course provides training to specific devotees in each of our communities to be able to support others in need. It also equips any devotee in managerial or leadership positions which may require them to deal with people’s problems.
The course includes practical models and counseling tools that will enable participants to offer effective assistance to others and themselves. Our hope is to make this initiative a standard requirement within our movement to establish a culture of care for all devotees. We believe this will contribute to the healthy expansion of Srila Prabhupada’s ISKCON.
